Took a bad trade out of my normal tickers. I went against all of my rules and lost. I knew better but for some reason still stuck in there and it got me. Time to get back to what has been working.
Bad:
1. Traded something that I don't know or follow
2. Held on too long when it broke above resistance. Should have cut my loss quicker. When it did finally go green, I didn't end up taking profits thinking it was finally going to get to my target. Reversed and lost.
3. Averaged down on a loosing trade. Falling back into practices that would hurt me in the past.
3. Traded 0DTE contracts which has been against the plan. Its been 4-5 weeks without a full size loss trading longer terms contracts. Allows for time to exit
